HOWDY!

I am a communications strategist and storyteller specializing in digital media, brand development, and audience engagement across public, private, and nonprofit sectors. As a graduate of Louisiana State University, I have built my career around translating complex ideas into clear, compelling content that resonates with diverse audiences.

I currently serve as Director of Content & Digital Communications at the Greater Baton Rouge Economic Partnership, where I lead integrated marketing, media relations, and digital strategy to elevate Louisiana’s Capital Region on a national stage. In this role, I have aligned cross-functional teams under a unified voice, supported a full organizational rebrand, and built scalable content systems, while securing more than 140 partnerships through the Better in BTR talent retention campaign.

Previously, I led communications for LSU Residential Life, managing a multi-channel content strategy across print, digital, and web while overseeing more than 20 social media accounts and developing a student content creator program. My work focused on meeting students where they are, blending strategy with culture-forward content to drive engagement, recruitment, and community connection.

I began my career in political communications at Last Word Strategies, supporting more than 45 progressive clients through targeted messaging, digital content, and campaign strategy under tight deadlines.

Across every role, my work is defined by a balance of creativity and strategy, using content, partnerships, and storytelling to move organizations forward and connect with the audiences that matter most.
