Turning complex logistics into seamless experiences, from large-scale operations to intimate, high-impact events.

LSU Move-in

Each year I was at LSU, I served on the LSU Move-In Committee, helping plan and execute both move-in weekends for first-year and returning students. I worked across a wide range of areas including vendor relations, signage design and deployment, traffic flow and street closures, cross-campus coordination, merchandising, communications, and overall project management.

By the time I left LSU, I was leading move-in for the entire campus. I led offseason planning, directed the full setup process, managed on-site operations across all residence halls, and oversaw cleanup once the event wrapped. It was a complex, large-scale operation, and I was responsible for making sure every piece came together smoothly as over 8,000 students and their families arrived on campus.

225 Day

For 225 Day, I led the planning and execution of a region-wide day of celebration across the Capital Region. I was responsible for driving participation, which meant educating stakeholders on the opportunity, helping them shape their activations, coordinating efforts across organizations, and amplifying events through our communications channels.

In total, I led the coordination of more than 140 activations across Louisiana's Capital Region, working with businesses, schools, nonprofits, and community partners to bring the day to life at scale.

In addition to leading the regional effort, I supported our events director in planning the Greater Baton Rouge Economic Partnership’s signature event that evening, ensuring it aligned with and elevated the broader momentum happening across the region.

Other Events

In addition to large-scale and region-wide efforts, I have planned and supported a range of smaller, highly-curated events across my roles at both LSU and the Greater Baton Rouge Economic Partnership. These projects often required a different approach, with more focus on storytelling, audience experience, and intentional design.

At LSU, I created and led a quarterly safety event series designed to connect students with campus resources in a way that actually resonated. Each event was built around a theme, with my favorite being Mardi Gras safety, where students experienced elements of Mardi Gras traditions while also learning how to celebrate safely. The goal was to meet students where they were and make important information engaging and memorable.

For BRAC Impact, the Greater Baton Rouge Economic Partnership's annual meeting prior to rebranding, I led signage design, digital asset design, and event promotion. The event highlighted more than 20 years of impact in the Capital Region, and my role focused on making that story feel cohesive and visually compelling throughout the experience.

At Washington Mardi Gras in January 2026, I supported our events team in Washington, D.C., helping shape the Baton Rouge area reception at the Washington Hilton. I helped curate a key part of the event experience by assembling six display shelves that showcased products made possible by companies in the Capital Region, turning abstract industry impact into something tangible for attendees.

Beyond these, I have also supported and executed activations tied to events like the Louisiana Marathon, collaborated with corporate partners like Smalls Sliders on marketing-driven experiences, and helped bring a range of pop-up events to life.
